JASON CLARK
FOUNDER
Working with a remarkable community of directors, writers and artists, Clark is a founding Partner of Catchlight Studios and has helped bring many commercially and critically successful stories and characters to life. Clark is currently Executive Producing a series based on the TED comedy movies with Seth Macfarlane and Universal, as well as the films; THE BLACKENING directed by Tim Story and THE PRESENT starring Isla Fisher and Greg Kinnear. Recently, Clark produced SONGBIRD with Michael Bay’s, Bay Films and Adam Goodman’s Invizible Narratives. Previously Clark served as the president of Seth MacFarlane’s Fuzzy Door, where he produced and oversaw business development, production and marketing for its film and television slate. While at Fuzzy Door, Clark produced the comedy hits TED, TED 2, A MILLION WAYS TO DIE IN THE WEST, Fox and National Geographic’s award-winning series, COSMOS: A SPACETIME ODYSSEY as well as COSMOS: POSSIBLE WORLDS. Clark executive produced Fox TV hit THE ORVILLE (currently in release on its 3rd season for HULU), as well as THE LONG ROAD HOME, an 8-part miniseries for National Geographic based on the Martha Raddatz book of the same title. Clark’s roots remain firmly planted in family films. He produced Legendary Entertainment’s 42 DreamWorks Animation’s MR. PEABODY AND SHERMAN, Universal’s MONSTER HOUSE, and Columbia Pictures STUART LITTLE and STUART LITTLE 2. In addition, he also produced extensively in the independent world, including the successful military drama ACT OF VALOR, HAPPY TEXAS, CABIN IN THE WOODS, RED STATE and many others. A founding member of the design organization 5D: the future of immersive design, Jason remains an active member of the DGA, PGA and international 3D society. Jason Lives in Los Angeles with his wife Kimberly Beck Clark and their sons.
